ELEONOR HELLMAN

Picture
"You are never too old to
set another goal or dream
a new dream."
—C.S. Lewis

Eleonor enjoys life at Sand River Cohousing. She moved here in January 2010 and is committed to the well being of both Santa Fe, New Mexico and Sand River.

For the fun of it, she started taking marimba lessons in October 2012. Walking past her condo, one can often hear her practicing marimba, her newly found passion. Since December 2004 she has also enjoyed being a volunteer instructor with the Santa Fe Adaptive Sports Program.

Her primary interests in Sand River relate to community issues of the Covenants, Landscaping, Buildings, and Health & Wellness teams, which readily connect her with many of the residents here.

Eleonor and her dog Atos frequently travel to Colorado to visit family and to ski. When traveling, her cat Chico stays home in the generous care and attention of other Sand River cat lovers.
